Bishop Flores sounds like a great choice. However, there are at least seven vacant sees out there right now (Pittsburgh, Lake Charles, Birmingham, and Youngstown has been vacant for some time). When does Benedict XVI plan to fill these places? I'm sure he is working on it. My bishop turned 75 and submitted his resignation, but it hasn't been accepted it. I'm wondering how long it will be before a replacement is chosen for Grahmann, and I'm curious who will it be. I would like to see someone like Corrada from Tyler get moved over, and Vann over in Fort Worth has been welcomed favorably his first year there. Keep up the good work, Pope Benedict XVI!! (I was glad to see Pilla step down early in Cleveland, and putting Burbidge in Raleigh was a great decision).
