.- As thousands of people around the world celebrated the Day of the Unborn Child on March 25, Brazilians commemorated the date with renewed efforts to gain government recognition for the day. The bill that would institute the Day of the Unborn Child is awaiting approval in the country’s legislature and is sponsored by Congressman Severino Cavalcanti. The bill must first make its way through the Committee for Social and Family Security.
