If the Orthodox and Catholic hiarchy can truly come together by the power of the Holy Spirit, then let us be ONE! Let these two Apostolic Brothers come together so we may all have a family reunion at the table of the Eucharist.
This unity is the most important step for Christian Unity to truly show Christ love for everyone and the fact that this unity will also testify that JESUS is the CHRIST! Laus Deo! Today I will pray for our Orthodox brothers and sisters in Christ.

It is commendable that the Catholic Church is humble enough to desire closer communion with other Christian churches, though the Russian Orthodox is still absent. Let us all pray as Catholics that in the face of modernism, humanism and moral relativism which infect the West, that the Holy Spirit will inspire the renewal so there will be unity born of God in the face of these evils.
