Pope John Paul II provided me with hope that the Church of my youth, the Church of my parents and grandparents would be revived.
Pope Benedict XVI's "Summorum Pontificum" almost completes the Vatican's efforts of the last two decades to heal the wounds of the Church. Come September it will be up to the Bishops to follow-through on the efforts of Bendedict XVI and his predecessor to bring all Roman Catholics together.
