Instrumentum Laboris for Eucharistic Synod to be presented Thursday

Vatican City, Jul 5, 2005 / 12:00 am (CNA).- The Vatican announced this morning that a presentation will take place Thursday, July 7^th of the “Instrumentum Laboris” for the Eleventh General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops. The document’s presentation is scheduled to take place at 11:30 in the Vatican Press Office and the Synod itself will be held at the Vatican from October 2^nd through 23^rd.

Archbishop Nikola Eterovic and Msgr. Fortunato Frezza, respectively secretary general and under-secretary of the Synod of Bishops will be present at the “Instrumentum Laboris’” presentation, the theme of which is "The Eucharist: Source and Summit of the Life and Mission of the Church."
