Protests in Valencia
Spanish abortion supporters call for church burnings
Related articles:
.- During protests by both supporters and opponents of the abortion ship operated by the Dutch group “Women on Waves,” which docked last week in Valencia, Spain, feminist organizations openly called for church burnings and handed out matches to their followers. The presence of the “ship of death” in Valencia last week led to one of the largest pro-life protests in the city’s history, with large numbers of people voicing opposition each day to the ship’s services, which include bringing women into international waters to undergo abortions according to Holland’s liberal abortion laws. On October 18, a group of 40 feminists gathered to counter the pro-life protests, which brought out four times as many people. They passed out boxes of matches with the picture of a burning church and the caption, “The only church that brings light is the one that burns. Join us!” On October 19, the feminists met again to distribute matches but decided to disband after they were overwhelmed by the large number of pro-life protestors who gathered at the port where the abortion ship was docked. >>Spain has seen church burnings before. During the 1936-39 Spanish Civil War, hundreds of Catholic churches, schools, monasteries and convents were burned.
What else would you have done with the assets of a traitorous organization who supported the murderous traitor Franco, who drowned the will of the people of Spain and their legitimate government in a bloody coup? Granted, expropriation would have been less wasteful.
No Pasaran.
No Gods. No Masters.

I guess that Brian should talk about what he knows and let history where is it. Franco is not related with this at all but the intolerance based on the "divination of man" as was said here in the Vigil for the Immaculate Conception.

Do we really need another Franco to shoot people who disagree with him and throw them into mass graves? Do we really need another Franco to make the Church look like a repressive fascist party? I refrained from warning about Francoism this time until someone called out for Francoism. Sooner or later, Francoism will cost us dearly unless we ask for repentance on all sides and reconciliation.

Does this sound like the 1960's when they the KKK were burning Churches?
This makes these pro-choicers not better than that. People if your Pro-Life dont loose your tempers and sink down to this level. Thats what they want so keep up the good work. If we keep calling on the Lord and the Holy Spirit and the Mother to her Son we will win this battle. Its obvious by their scare tactics they are loosing the battle. When "criminals" and Im not saying these people are desparate they resort to negative tactics as a way out of a negative situation. Remember "Dont leave home without it."--The Rosary as per Father Corapi. My hope is that we find a better way for all in the "Natural Way." Good education from Natural Family Planning for all families and people.

Isn't it amazing. We are only asking them NOT TO KILL THEIR OWN BABIES, and we're the villians. If they could only meet these people who they are demanding be killed, they would surely change their minds. They will, no doubt, meet those babies someday...Father, deliver us from evil, in Christ Jesus' name I pray, AMEN.

Spain has seen church burnings before. During the 1936-39 Spanish Civil War, hundreds of Catholic churches, schools, monasteries and convents were burned. Close to 6500 bishops, priests, seminarians, religious nuns and catechists were tortured and killed. Those who hated the Catholic Church then continue to do so now. The latest round of Catholic baiting in Spain indicates that there are many people who have yet to learn how to act in a civilized manner when it comes to tolerance. Is it any wonder that Catholicism has suffered so much in Spain over the past few years?
