The campaign, called the âSecond Look Project,â presents basic facts about legal abortion and encourages people to take a reconsider their views on abortion. The campaign coincides with the 32nd anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, the court case that legalized abortion in the United States.
For example, most people donât know that abortion is legal through all nine months of pregnancy, said Cathy Cleaver Ruse, Esq., director of planning and information for the secretariat. âMost people think an unlimited right to abortion is wrong,â she said.
