Real Alternatives is a government-funded non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping Pennsylvania women and families find alternatives to the abortion they don’t want to have.  Through a Statewide network of caring and compassionate counselors, Real Alternatives provides free self-administered pregnancy tests, pregnancy support counseling, parenting education, referrals to other available community services, and material assistance.  All services provided are free of charge.
