Telefonica offering free long distance calls to missionaries
Related articles:
.- Spain’s telephone company Telefonica is offering free long distance calls as a Christmas gift to customers so they can call family members who are working overseas as missionaries or humanitarian workers. Telefonica has offered the service for twelve consecutive years and is intended to give immediate family members—parents, spouses, siblings and children—the chance to call their missionary relatives free of charge for twelve minutes. Customers who would like to call family members simply need to provide the name of the person they wish to call, the name of the association to which he or she belongs and the country and city where they are located.
