Synod document calls for ‘participatory, co-responsible’ Church

While the session was convened to discuss the topics of young people, the faith, and vocational discernment, the concept of “synodality” itself emerged as a key subject in the final text.

The document says the Church must find new ways of presenting its teaching on sexuality and continue to “accompany” and “listen to” people with same-sex attraction.
