“I am here to invite you to the Saint Joseph Summit during the Year of Saint Joseph,” Fr. Stan Fortuna, announced in a promotional video. “I’m going to be focusing on the family, particularly the family, broken, burdened but boundlessly blessed.”
He continued, “There are many lessons we need to learn, that we can learn, that Joseph wants to help us learn.”
Deacon Greco said that Fr. Stan’s “life and witness of faith will bring depth to the upcoming Saint Joseph Summit.” He added, “Father Stan is able to reach the young, families, the poor and all walks of life with a powerful presentation of the Gospel that is life altering.”
Before becoming a CFR, Fr. Stan worked as a jazz musician. Now, he travels, celebrating Mass, giving talks, and performing concerts, with proceeds going to help poor and underprivileged families.
Deacon Greco said, “We are grateful to Father Stan for his presence at this summit and for the charism of St. Francis that he brings to unite to the mission we have to honor St. Joseph, patron of the Universal Church.”
Focusing on both Fr. Stan and the purpose of the summit, Deacon Greco said, “The point of the Saint Joseph Summit is for the purpose of renewal-for families and the Church.”
