It was a close game, with the team of priests and seminarians catching the win, 54 to 52 over a team of junior high and high-school players from area Catholic schools.

In the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut for example, attendance at 87 parishes is up by 14 percent this year, reported WTNH TV.

Idaho passes ‘abortion-information’ legislation

Catholic aid workers killed in latest wave of Sri Lankan violence
