Sep 11, 2018 - 12:15 pm .- It has been more than two weeks since Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò released his 11-page testimony about the McCarrick scandal. Rome is expected to make "necessary clarifications” in the coming days, but ahead of those clarifications, efforts have been made to substantiate some of  claims made by Viganò about how McCarrick’s case developed and what was done, or not done, to address allegations made against him.
